Blink is in active development and hasn't been released yet. There's no public download, package, or source repository to install from today. This page will get real installation steps once it ships.
When Blink is released, this page will document the real installation steps — the package name, supported platforms, and how to verify the install. Until then, there's intentionally nothing here to copy and paste: shipping an install command that doesn't work would be worse than shipping none.
In the meantime, the documentation describes the interface Blink is being built around.
